Payment Options
The Barrix Law Firm understands that often times the financial cost of handling a legal matter can be a financial hardship. That is why we offer payment options including accepting the four major credit card, paypal, checks, cash, and flexible payment plans. Credit cards can be accepted either online through paypal, by phone or in person.
Discounts:
We can also offer special rates for those who are veterans, disabled, union members, clergy, and senior citizens and based upon financial hardship.
For consideration of any of the above discounts contact our office. Each fee is based upon the facts of each individual case and varies client to client. The Barrix Law Firm does not except all cases and any discount is discretionary with the firm based upon a case by case basis. Not all persons will receive a discount even if otherwise qualified if in the determination of the firm the determines it cannot discount a particular case or does not wish to accept a particular case for any reason including no reason.
Contingency cases may be available for a discount at the discretion of the firm.
Donations to your faith:
If the client wishes to have a donation made to their church or other recognized non-profit organized religion the Barrix Law Firm makes donations based on any paid in full fee and expenses to the religious organization of that client's designation. Not valid with any other discount. This donation includes contingency cases, hourly and flat fee agreements after May 1, 2009.
